What Makes Us Different!

We provide stability and life-changing supportive services to Military Veterans and their families experiencing or near homelessness in Dallas County; located in Dallas, Texas. We want to serve as a solution in addressing family homelessness in our community and serve as the entry point for families seeking assistance. Services we provide include assessment emergency shelter, supportive housing, affordable housing, VA benefit counseling, therapy, financial literacy training, general and vocational case management, and education programming.

We are the only facility in our community that serves Military Veterans and their families.
We strive to address key drivers of homelessness, such as affordable housing, quality education, employment opportunities, strong support systems, and supportive services.
We focus on housing and employment for adults, and education for children to provide a sustainable solution to family homelessness.
We seek to create change, not just in the lives of individual families, but of our community.
We are involved in community-wide action that addresses underlying problems, provides lasting solutions, and not only pulls families out of the crisis of homelessness but also prevents other families from experiencing it in the first place.

Snora Webb, who paved the way for the formation of the Family of Faith Coalition, a non-profit entity that targets enhancing the lives of the residents in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Inspired by an unexpected set of events, she emboldened herself to establish the vision of Family of Faith Coalition into an active organization. During the vast span of her twenty-three-year professional journey in the healthcare sector, she has consistently surpassed her professional obligations to support underprivileged patients and their families. Snora has served as a cornerstone and has been pivotal in connecting individuals to mental health, financial, or spiritual services, in addition to securing sustainable future resources for them. This service journey has culminated in deep-seated satisfaction and has brought profound fulfillment seeing the positive impact on individuals' lives. Her academic accolades include an Associate of Applied Science in Health Management, a Bachelor of Business Studies, a Master of Health Science in Health Administration, supplemented with a National Registered Certified Medical Assistant certificate. The intersection of Snora’s professional experience and educational accomplishments has prepared her with the requisite skills and knowledge to propel the Family of Faith Coalition into existence.

Michael Webb, the esteemed husband of Mrs. Webb and co-founder of the Family of Faith Coalition, is an honourable Army Veteran proudly holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. He is a certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master, adept at navigating the obstacles within the IT sector. Successfully managing the execution and launch of more than a hundred client-focused projects, ranging from software development to network/systems implementation, is a highlight of my career. He has skillfully overseen complex development teams, both locally and internationally, ensuring productive and prompt results.
